How will my order be shipped?
To ensure your piece arrives with the presence it deserves, we use Australia Post / DHL. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery to ensure they reach you safely.
When will my jewellery arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For our Melbourne and Australian guests, Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination, generally arriving within 5-10 business days.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
As we strive to dispatch your order with efficiency, we can only accommodate changes if your piece hasn't yet left our studio. Please contact info@theryzecollection.com immediately with any urgent adjustments.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel magnetic in your TRC piece. We offer refunds or credit notes for full-priced items returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
To begin a return, please email us at info@theryzecollection.com to receive your Return Authorization. All items must be returned in their original carefully crafted packaging to avoid a repackaging fee.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Pieces purchased during a promotional period or from our sale archive are considered final sale. We encourage you to choose mindfully.

How should I care for my gold-plated jewellery?
Our pieces are designed for the modern woman to wear daily, but like all precious things, they require care. To preserve the brilliance of your gold plating, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Store your jewellery in its signature TRC pouch when not in use to maintain its radiance.
What is the warranty on my jewellery?
We stand by our uncompromising craftsmanship. We offer a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not cover general wear and tear or improper care. If you believe your piece has a fault, please email us with clear imagery of the item.
