Return & Exchange Policy
At THE RYZE COLLECTION, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every handcrafted piece. Because our jewelry is created in limited quantities and often made-to-order specifically for you, we have established the following policy to maintain the integrity of our work.
Our Return Window
We offer a 7 or 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely captivated by your piece, please contact us at info@theryzecollection.com within this timeframe to initiate a return.
Eligibility & Condition
To protect the exclusivity of our collections, items must be returned in original, unworn, and pristine condition.
All original packaging, including the signature THE RYZE COLLECTION box and pouch.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Custom Commissions: Any pieces that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-sized are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
The Return Process
To ensure the safety of your return:
Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized. Packages sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
Insured Shipping: As the sender is responsible for the item until it reaches our studio, we require all returns to be shipped via a tracked and insured service.
Restocking Fee: Due to the handcrafted nature of our pre-order items, a 10-15% restocking fee may apply to cover the labor and materials involved in preparing the piece for resale.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your piece for a different design, we will apply your original purchase credit toward your new selection. Please note that if the new item is a pre-order, the standard 2–3 week production timeline will apply.
Our Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every piece is inspected multiple times before it leaves our studio. However, if your jewelry arrives with a rare structural defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
